HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We’re sorry the product didn’t work out for you! Please email customerservice@nihaobabe.com, and our team will provide detailed instructions to start your return or exchange process.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
- Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refunds are initiated immediately, but depending on your bank’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. Just scroll to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and follow the instructions.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY CANCELLED?

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE THE OPTION TO CANCEL?
