WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you’re not completely in love with your NHB product, contact us at customerservice@nihaobabe.com, and we’ll assist you with any concerns.
  • Returns are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please note: While we’ll gladly refund or replace your product, shipping charges are non-refundable

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We’re sorry the product didn’t work out for you! Please email customerservice@nihaobabe.com, and our team will provide detailed instructions to start your return or exchange process.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Return?
  • Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are initiated immediately, but depending on your bank’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

SHIPPING PROCESS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Here’s how it works:

  1. You place your order.
  2. .We process it within 2–4 business days (orders placed after 1 PM ET are processed the next business day).
  3. We ship it out and send you a tracking number.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If your tracking number isn’t updating, don’t worry—sometimes carriers take 1–2 business days to register shipment statuses. If the issue persists, email us at customerservice@nihaobabe.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.



HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you need to update your shipping address, email customerservice@nihaobabe.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase. Just scroll to the “Changed Your Mind?” section and follow the instructions.
If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email customerservice@nihaobabe.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY CANCELLED?

If you canceled your order, you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email. Didn’t get the email? Contact us at customerservice@nihaobabe.com with your original order number, and we’ll verify the cancellation for you.

 

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE THE OPTION TO SELF-CANCEL?

If the self-cancel option isn’t available, or if your order contains a gift card, email customerservice@nihaobabe.com with your order number and request. Our team will help you cancel or modify your order
