 With a wide experience on skincare manufacturing, aesthetics and fashion @rosiross built her career in the industry focusing on connecting East and West. Venezuelan born as part of an emigrant family she focuses on discovering cultures, traditions and ingredients to create products that benefit the skin, the soul and the environment. 

"My skincare routine consist on products that are gentle to the skin and show results. Consistency is key to achieve healthy skin, all skins have texture and imperfections so I like to focus on developing a healthy skin that feels and looks amazing and making sure all products I choose are efficient. I created #NHBglow as a support for any routine or a full routine line to wake up and feel amazing with yourself."

Our products are made with natural ingredients at skin-changing levels, looking for the solutions to come progressively without damaging the skin.  We want to take off the fussy packaging and focus on ingredients and formulas that are good for the skin, the human and the environment. 

WHICH IS THE BRAND GOAL?

Education and beauty. We all love Korean, Asian skin but as Westerns we do not hold the same environment, diet or lifestyle, which is scientifically proven to be part of the skin complexion. We can't measure our beauty using someone else rule, we are here to help you build your own rule. Without fear, judgement or comparison. 

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT NHB?

We are honest and we like to call things as they are. If this is a Primer we call it a primer, if this is a Moisturiser we call it a moisturiser. If x product has some scientific prove to work we put it there, if a product is not working as expected we take it out. We like to keep it real, that's our foundation.
